The app was working great until all the sudden none of my messages are going through. I can receive them, but now all the guys I was chatting too are accusing me of ignoring them even though I am actively responding. One of them (the one I was most interested in) now blocked me. I am crying. I have emailed their support team daily and there has been no response. Its happening on the website too. It is a joke and apparently they like to make you look like a jerk.

I quit my subscription
This site appears to offer the ability to meet incredibly attractive women. They give you a bit of free chat then it quickly turns to pay to play. I quit my subscription and am still trying to get a refund, but it has suddenly turned to ‘crickets’. They tell you that all the women are free to chat with, except the popular ones. They are all popular.

I subscribed to know people but they just make you talk and talk with nonsense so you can buy coins all the time. My subscription said that I had unlimited chat but wasn’t true. And the “popular” dates keep nagging you so you answered them and so you can waist your money. I saved my coins for real people and couldn’t get to know each other more without expending more money. This app is a scam. There is probably somebody paid to respond to your chats….. I wasted a lot of money talking to a girl, and I mean A LOT… I had a bad feeling about it… but I was so engaged in the conversation and overwhelmed with emotion to turn away…. I thought “hey it’s normal to want to just chat on the site for awhile, I’ll just give it some time…. ” that “time” just doesn’t end…… This scam was probably the most disappointing ordeal I’ve had in the longest time, if not ever. To determine, look at the profiles and almost all profiles are similar. A lot of bots, fake profiles, & scammers. I’ve never met a single real person on this app. You’ll get an alert every seconds, someone liked you but that person never viewed your profile before liking you. Then you keep wondering how’s that even possible. When someone sent me a message, I was like yes finally a real person, then someone else sent me the same exact message format, then I realized it was A.I randomly sending me messages from random users I check earlier.

This is absolutely the worst dating site of them all. You Lose half of the answers Because Match cannot keep up. It’s pretty hard to have a dialogue. Then it’s 2 or 3 times more expensive than other dating sites. And at least 50% of the profiles are fake.

It uses an app and a program that is clunky and needs updating for well paying customers. Match reports false information when trying to re-sell subscription their expensive subscriptions: sends emails to prospective clients that other subscribers are liking your profile so you will be enticed to purchase another subscription.

No response of course
I had my profile set to hidden and hadn’t filled out much along with uploading one photo. All of a sudden I get bombarded with sleezy messages. I was really put off by it and contacted customer service for a refund and to de-activate my account. No response of course. I’ll stick with eharmony, they have a better reputation and only matches can contact you along with having settings that work correctly.

This site feeds you
This site feeds you, people who appeal to your selection, once you communicate with them on a free messaging basis, you lose contact, then you pay and their profile is no longer found. This has happened a number of times, I initially gave it just a fluke chance, but it has happened more than once, in addition, I have given my preference and repeatedly my box is filled with those outside of my preference. I have more than just an inkling this is the method of which they work. They should not be allowed to charge for their services because it is never up to par. Basically they sucker you in then charge you and want to keep charging you annually if you don’t cancel, it’s a gimmick.

Let’s forget about the fact that most of the people on here are mouth breathers who are in desperate need of a bath. 2/3’s of the Top Picks on the site are NON-SUBSCRIBERS. If you are a subscriber and message a non subscriber they won’t receive your message unless they rejoined or YOU PAY FOR THEM to read it. Stupid. I wasn’t happy with their unethical business practices and so I not only canceled my subscription, but I also got a FULL REFUND. I’m sure most people don’t think it’s possible. Get your $ money back.

It wasn’t bad at first
I’ve been on this site a few weeks. It wasn’t bad at first. But now, I’ve been finding the site is sending out flirts on my behalf without my knowledge. I don’t know what’s going on. Has my page been hacked? Makes no sense. I’ve never seen photos of these people, and they are getting messages I “liked” them, then they respond to me. I am very upset to say the least
I have contacted this site at least a dozen times to try and get an answer. All I am getting is the run around. I am a paid up member. My profile and other pertinent information has been deleted or at least hidden. There was a claim made that I made some kind of derogatory statement, this was totally unfounded. When I asked to have this claim exposed I was told that because of privacy reasons I was unable to challenge this claim. In the meantime I keep getting message to reactivate my account, and messages from women who want to chat with me. I am very upset to say the least.

My account was hacked twice in one month. I was told by Flor (customer service rep) that the counts not provide me any information on how this happened. I was kept holding for a supervisor named Rickley who never took my call. I don’t feel my concerns were met and it is unsettling to thinks someone could have access to your account.

The flirts and messages and favorites you get are from their IT staff. They send it to you to keep you interested, to scam money from you. They also have a way of making you think you are communicating with a real person. They email and send a cell number you can text to. You exchange a few text messages. I was in the Dating site for one month. In that time I was contacted by scammers and con artist. For every legit woman I got four scammers. They have fake profiles and fake pictures. There is no monitoring of the scammers. The customer service is terrible. When I contacted them I was told I am not forced to be on the site. I cancelled immediately!

This site has no security, there are so many fake profiles and scammers. I personally was scammed 4 times on this site. When they are going to Europe for business and need money, RED FLAGS. I’ve never had so many issues with hacking my profile, trying to get my credit card number. I won't waste my money again

I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays!
